1. Who this applies to

These Terms apply to anyone who creates an account or otherwise uses Aurora Sky, operated by Aurora Rangi Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

Aurora Sky is an 18+ platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask you to verify your age, and we may suspend or remove accounts where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Acceptable use

When using Aurora Sky, you agree not to:

• Post or share anything illegal, including content that sexualises or exploits a minor in any way
• Harass, threaten, or deliberately target another person
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Share another person's private information without their consent
• Use the app to organise, promote, or carry out violence or illegal activity
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the app or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the app

Our Community Guidelines set out more detail on the kind of behaviour we expect, and are part of these Terms.

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting content, you give us a licence to host, display, and transmit it for the purpose of operating the app. We may remove content, mute, or ban an account where we reasonably believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines have been breached.

6. Manaia

Manaia is a space within the app intended to offer a quiet, judgment-free place for anyone affected by domestic or family violence. Manaia is not a crisis service, not staffed by counsellors, and not a substitute for professional support or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact 000.

7. No professional advice

Nothing in the app constitutes legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. Where the app surfaces support services or resources, this is provided for general information only.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, and our liability for any loss arising from your use of the app is limited to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending your access

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where we reasonably believe you've breached these Terms, posed a risk to another person, or where required by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll aim to let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
